What started as an idea lingering for years has finally materialised into a curated space. We created Cosmic Milk to bring hidden lifestyle gems and high quality goods from our roots in Korea to our current base in Australia.

What is the return policy?

Eligibility & Conditions

  • Timeframe: Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused and unwashed. Returns showing signs of wear or damage will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Sale Items: All items purchased during archive sales or promotional periods are final sale. They are not eligible for a return or exchange

How to Request a Return

  1. Email hiya@shopcosmicmilk.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for our approval. Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Your return will be processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. You will receive an email with the details of your exchange or store credit.
When will I get my order?

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne base within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

All our products are proudly manufactured in South Korea. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
